Trump is done after he loses the election. He will likely be able to push off the federal trial once he wins the nomination but after that it’s all over.
Even if Kemp pardoned him in GA, and he somehow still won the election, NY would lock him up for the rest of his life because there is no way Republicans are going to be able to win the governorship in that state to secure him a pardon.
The real question will be whether not the Republicans take The Senate and keep the house. If they do they’ll be able to block some of Biden’s agenda. The most likely outcome would be an R Senate and a D House.
