Instead his selfish mom wanted him to be a “trophy tranny child”. These people don’t give a shit about their own children. I’m sadly becoming less shocked that people don’t care about child trafficking.

Ok, been in ortho for 20 years, happens all the time. Again many reasons but 90% of the time it is rehab. You also may have overdone your rehab and caused more scar tissue to build up. You also may have had previous knee surgeries and already had a crap ton of scar tissue built up. My father had bilateral manipulations mainly due to the insane amount of knee surgeries he had done due to football.

I read a paper a few years ago on how i was worse for certain ethnicities due to the amount and locations of one of the enzymes that split the spike protein at the furin cleavage site. The inserted furin cleavage site (FCS) is a huge part of what took a bat virus and made it able to infect humans easily. Certain ethnicities have an enzyme TMPRSS2 in greater quantity in conjunction wth the ACE2 receptor (or it just functions better) which is where the virus binds to get into the cell. (The two cellular membrane proteins - TMPRSS2 and Spike - are expressed in greater quantities in lung cells in general) TMPRSS2 then cleaves the FCS on the spike protein allowing the virus to enter the cell.
In other words, I don’t think the virus was created to infect certain ethnicities. The FCS insertion was a requirement for human infection/pathogenesis with this type of virus, but certain ethnicities happen to have the ability to get more virus into their cells more rapidly.
