The SCOTUS or other court needs to step in and short circuit idiotic laws against free speech like we're seeing in Michigan and other states.
They can "assure" anyone that some event will happen in the future.
Always remember, yesterday is gone and tomorrow hasn't arrived. The only thing that matters is today.

In Austin, the collapse is due to over saturation. We've decided to ride it out and see what happens. My belief is the speculators who bought at elevated interest rates will be flushed out, some properties will be sold at a discount and then we will return to business as usual. Probably about a one year cycle.
We are down about 50% year over year from June '22 to June '23.

Pub voters are anti the Zelensky money laundering war. Most Pub Uniparty politicians are all for it.
