Nothing short of military action is going to change things. If the military does not do its duty and get involved and destroy the deep state our country is finished.
It will not matter in 4 years. Even if it did and Trump ran and got 120 million votes , he would have the election stolen from him and us. Short of being taken out or imprisoned the deep state has won. Nothing can change that now but the military

That is why I never understood why Trump did not take Soros and several others out the first day he was in office. I know people would have blamed him and they would not have understood but the hell with that. Look where we are
How is he going to "take out" non enemy combatants? The military wouldn't even be able to execute such an order until they were considered as such (illegal).

Let say he does get them classified as enemy combatants via his own executive order somehow do you expect him to send in the military onto our allies soil to start arresting their citizens?

Lastly, if 45 -----> 47 then what? Are we to believe that the country is still going to collapse because he didn't arrest a couple humans?

The military doesn't have a duty to secure elections or determine if their chief executive is legitimate (state legs and Congress do that). If both groups sign off like they did with the IE then it's the military's duty to uphold the Constitution (and thus the chief executive).

The military only protects and defends the Constitution from enemies foreign and domestic. They don't technically preserve and protect The People or any of the founding ideas laid out in the Dec of Ind.

I don't mean this as a personal assault in any way either. Just playing devil's advocate and trying to make sure people understand exactly what the military is legally or morally allowed to do.

If we truly believe our government no longer serves our interests our only recourse is amendments or a Constitutional convention. There is no mechanism in the Constitution to simply 'abolish' the government and start over because the Dec of Ind declares certain ideas.

If we want the military to preserve or defend the Dec of Ind we could also amend the Constitution to make it say as much but it would need to be written in to Constitution. That's literally the only thing that matters to the military (in theory and practical execution).

The "military" just needs to arrest the lawmakers, media, tech, and donors who were responsible for the corrupt election and this thing is over.

I wish we could declare them all enemy combatants but they'd use the 25A so quickly on Trump it would make our heads spin.

Unfortunately our Congress neutered our CiC's abilities repeatedly so they could extend their corrupt influence.

Imagine if Lincoln or Washington had the threat of their cabinets voting to remove them? History would be significantly different.

I don't think this is a bad interpretation at all. Most of the Founders believed the Constitution should be interpreted by using the Dec of Independence and a 'master guide'.

I'd go one step further and suggest the Dec of Ind is not all encompassing and that it only laid out those rights and ideas specific to the goals the Founders were trying to achieve.

The review and alteration process for the Dec was lengthy and many sections were removed from the original document because it was believed that King would respond more reasonably.

The Dec, just like the Constitution, as you pointed out is simply a document created by man in an attempt to describe the functioning parts of our universe (a universe created and 'defined' by our creator).
Two documents with very different purposes.

Constitution specifically directs the government, not the people. It only grants the government rights that are consented to by the people. So as a sovereign, you do not have constitutional rights, you have protection of your rights.

DOI specifically declares every man sovereign and equal with inalienable god given rights. This is not a master guide or list of goals. This document founded the sovereign USA, is the first law in the US code, and was the document that gave us back freedom.

To uphold the constitution is to protect the people’s rights.

DOI states that if the government doesn’t do just that, then it is the right of the people to abolish it.

newsflash the constitution has failed, and you no longer have god given rights. You have permission from the government.

Foreign influence was evident in the election which is treason in this country if it was condoned. And we know it was on many levels.

Foreign election interference is outside of the military's purview.

The state legs and Congress handle elections (not the military). If we wanted foreign election interference to be considered an Act of War against the United States we would need Congress to pass an Act or Law stating as much and explicitly outlining what sort of interference counts as "foreign" and what the recourse is.

The Acts pertaining to a communist take over are a great example of this (I'm sure they were and are reviewed WAY more than we like to think).

There is a reason these swamp creatures don't ever work or pass anything to protect We The People...

Just to play devil's advocate with your own previous position it's pretty clear the DOI is just a document.

It doesn't give anyone Rights or sovereign abilities. It also didn't establish the government of the United States.

Those sovereign abilities and rights come from our creator and are incumbent upon us to uphold for ourselves (we often designate government 'by the people' as the vehicle to uphold those Rights).

So as Americans, we are now funding a communist government so it can experiment on viruses that they most likely want to let loose on us like the china flu? At least this president doesn't mean tweet, right? Good lord....
Yup.

Wuhan Charlie isn't a big enough deal to stop giving money directly to the lab responsible but it's a big enough deal to shut down churches and limit freedom of assembly and speech.

Up is down. Left is right.

That is correct On all points. and A great lead way to how we got here.
note that Independence=sovereignty. Prior to the revolution, we had a country. We had rights and laws and a British government to oversee those. but how did such a tyrant government come to govern and take god given rights away from a sovereign people? With their CONSENT little by little, until they were drowning in corrupt statutes that took away rights and gave permissions. You see, the government can make anything statute if the people consent, and silence is consent. That Power was only as strong as the people’s consent. The Declaration of Independence, was the people’s legal document removing their consent to be governed by them and to reclaim their independence and god given rights. Please read the grievances Thomas Jefferson lists in the DOI, there are many similarities to today.

The constitution never mentions God given rights. And it shouldn’t. The government only has people given rights. But the 14th is when it started little by little. Compare the 14th to the DOI. Today we are very close to the same grievances Jefferson had.
The founders warned government was evil and would need to be held in check or abolished by the people. We hold all of the power, but silence is consent. Independence must be declared.

I'd agree on the whole.

It's all about what we allow them to do.

Since the research originated in the US and funded by obummer before Trump cut it, you knew it was just a matter of time.
