A civil war is just one card they want to play against us, to make certain that the country doesn't unite again and oust their administration. On the other hand, a decisive civil war that wrests power from the globalists is possibly the only way to save America. Eventually, many more Americans will wake up, but history shows us that doesn't usually happen until an empire (or in our unique case, a superpower) is destroyed. I doubt UN Troops in America is any real part of their plan, UN Troops wouldn't be able to hold a small state, much less occupy the country in any meaningful way.
In any event, with the U.S. broken in half, China and Euro bankers are now free to run roughshod over the rest of the globe without interference from us, and they'll even do it with the American government's blessing.
I think its going to become clear really quickly that he can make a much bigger impact now that he is out of office

Yes, much bigger impact. All those energy industry employees who lost their jobs and people with diabetes paying 10x more for insulin will relish that bigger impact. And in a few months after a new tax bill passes, almost everyone will really enjoy that impact when middle class Americans are paying double what they paid last year.

That all rings in my ears as more complicated than "we have not made a judgement that the information in the document is reliable." It might be better to say that "we have not been able to sufficiently corroborate the information to include it in the body of our Russia report but, for a variety of reasons, we thought it important to include it in our report to our senior-most audience."
