I am behind and not sure if mentioned but has there ever been any kind of investigation into this shooting? I have never see the shooters name or actual job title (Secret Service? Capitol Police?) mentioned or if he had been cleared, suspended with or without pay or any type of investigation. I have also not seen any coverage of a funeral or interviews with the victim's family. Granted I do not watch any MSM news and very little from other sources (don't have OAN) just seems odd.

I’m not sure if I am in the majority or minority on this, but my wife and I don’t ever talk politics with anyone unless we know that no one will be offended. That of course means we never talk politics with friends, which is fine by me.
But on the other hand, you have to be some kind of special to think you can walk into someone’s house and bring up any controversial political topics.
