I saw a video of a guy fighting a speeding ticket where he kept a cop on the stand for several hours for 2 days and wasn't even up to the day of the ticket.... The DA dropped ticket. lol.
Jayhox can probably provide more context but it is my understanding that everything they bring up as pertaining to the case, the defense "can" deep dive on each one of those.

Mitch stands with the deep state. Always has. Remember all the crowing he (and Trump) did over getting all those judges approved? Those were McConnell approved judges. Worthless. When the saw hits the bone, they'll bolt for the safety of no standing or whatever harbor they can hide in, but they will not stand strong against the globalists. No different than how Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and ACB hid like like Upham in Saving Pvt Ryan when the election fraud went to scotus.
