This thread, movement and just about every other thing in this country are going in multiple directions. However, I do feel that the USSC still will have a say in this past election.

BTW, what does it mean "cases scheduled for conference". Will individual states have the opportunity to present actual evidence before the court? If not, what should we expect the proceedings to look like?

In that case it should be the Aggies since we were the first land grant college as well as being the first public college in Texas that started accepting students way back in 1876. We currently have a 5,200 acre campus and over 68,000 students whereas UT (pained me not to say tu) has 40 acres unless they acquired some land at their main campus I am not aware of.

Today, that land – encompassing 2.1 million acres – is leased to oil and gas companies whose wells generate revenue that flows into the PUF. Land also is leased for grazing, wind farms and other revenue-generating activities.

The Texas constitution stipulates that The University of Texas system gets two-thirds of the benefits of the PUF and the Texas A&M system gets one-third.

I guess if you were really The Flagship University the percentages would flip-flop. And the Capitol of Texas would be in College Station and not Austin.

BTW we have 1438 acres in Austin, but no sheep so we don't needs as much land.
