I didn't catch his name, but this second guy speaking is laying it out really well in terms of the constitutionality of this impeachment (really the lack thereof). Also, speaking out against the fact that the Chief Justice of the US Supreme Court shall preside over these trials. This also is not being done here, but instead by a very outspoken critic of 45. Only a sitting president may be removed / impeached.
