Just busy with family, son's football and senior year, college visits/recruiting (2 next week) and needing to take a little break from the Insanity because I'm tired of being angry.

Max's last fb game ever is this Friday and it's Senior night. There will be tears. He's played since he was in second grade, so 10 years. The only game plan for Friday is to get him the ball every play so he can break the school record. Dink and dunk all night. They're not making the playoffs, so they're going to have fun and just go out and play. And get Max the damn ball ask night.
He's first in the league for receptions (9th in state last I looked) and interceptions. 5th for tackles. (And he's a frigging safety. At no time should a safety be your leading tackler .) 3rd in ST. punt and kick returner AND he's also the punter and occasional kicker, He's still getting football coaches trying to get him to play. He's politely responding to everyone that he appreciates the interest, but he's going to play lacrosse. Not slowing down the emails and calls.
Meanwhile, he's still training for lacrosee every Sunday because box lax kicks off in December. Golfing every Saturday (for fun). Then we have school lax and he's decided he's going to run track because....who needs time to recover or sleep? Kid is gonna kill me. And I just have to show up and cheer.
