I was listening to Rieketa Law today talk about this. He said that he heard this wasn't just images of minors and it wasn't like it was 15 or 16 yo girls that looked 18. He heard that in one instance it was a video of an 8yo girl being beaten and raped and that several other videos found on that computer were similar.
This wasn't accidental or mistakes. These people were monsters that got off on evil.
