• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

So is she saying that this time we won't leave behind our billions in technology, equipment, and even our citizens this time for the enemy to have she and Brandon did in Afghanistan? Those consequences?

Any country that takes our current leadership seriously at this point, is doing themselves a disservice. We see on the international level what other countries that were once steadfast allies are doing.

Trust that plan though, and patriots are in control, blah, blah, blah, BS.

Seven Virginia school districts have filed suit against Gov. Glenn Youngkin’s executive order leaving masking decisions to parents.

The school boards of Alexandria, Arlington County, the City of Richmond, Fairfax County, Falls Church, Hampton and Prince William County filed the suit on Monday.

The lawsuit argues the state constitution gives local school boards the authority to run their districts. It also cites a state law that requires school systems to follow federal health guidelines, which include recommendations for universal masking.

And in a released statement, the Falls Church board said the suit “defends the right of school boards to enact policy at the local level, including policies that protect the health and well-being of all students and staff.”

Despite their claim that it's not a political statement, IT IS! They want to grab the power for the school boards who, by and large, are quickly forgetting that they are elected minions and they work for those who elected them.

Youngkin is quickly on his way to becoming the most divisive and authoritarian governor in our commonwealth’s long history,” state Sen. Mamie Locke said at a news conference.

An interesting opinion.

Interesting theory and I guess it could be true. Not buying what they are saying as it pertains to Trump though. At least not completely. Maybe the rest of the swamp in DC is beholden in some way to Dr. Evil, but weren't we told by Trump that he was going to drain the swamp? Fauci may as well have swamp creature tattooed to his forehead, but instead he only gains power while contradicting himself and lying in congressional hearings day after day.

So why is the American Taxpayer Paying For Defense of the EU via NATO?
How many greasy American Politicians are on the NATO Kickback scam and payola.
The EU has the 3rd largest economy in the world and the US Taxpayer pays for their Defense.
NATO should have ended when the USSR collapsed.

Great list and thanks for posting Viking! I have used a few of those from time to time. Especially 1 and 2.Garlic is also helpful with your cholesterol numbers. Honey works great for wounds. Found that there is limited scarring after treating with honey. Not sure if that is suppose happen but for me, that is how it went down

I am interested in trying #10. Which I think I am going to try today. I have a head cold going on and a dry, kinda sore throat. (some of that is because I have a wood burning stove going 24/7 this time of year. which doesn't help in those areas) Just a little relief from those things though, goes a long ways and I don't like taking cold medicines out of bottle too much.

My family and I use this for colds and flus in AK. AS soon as you feel something coming on a couple squirts up each nostril and you will be as right as rain. SKOL!

I once had a terrible sore throat that was diagnosed as viral. Not strep. No antibiotics would work. I was in severe pain...felt like razors in my throat...I went home and researched that night...cayenne pepper and salt in warm water, gargled every 20 minutes...did it for 6 hours...I was desperate....and bingo...it was gone. Highly recommend and it was not nearly as bad as you think.

I think that the heat pump is you primary and gas is for when the temp is too low for the heat pump to work. I have a HP with electric strips that only come on when the temps get below 32 or so.
yeah yeah that's right I'm sorry I was caught up talking about the hybrids and roped them in to the regulars HPs systems. That's the difference is that the HP and the gas are both your primary's on the Hybrids it has the ability to use both a high-efficiency heat pump along with a high-efficiency furnace to efficiently hince the why a certain style tstat will work.. its basically the best of both worlds @EXECFRT

plain household salt has always been a potent germ killer. Whether an open wound, an infected wound or a gargle for a sore throat.
I came from a large family raised dirt poor on a mountain. It had to be life and death to go to town to the Doctor's.
I still use salt for a gargle but I now add ordinary household baking soda, because I have learned that virus's especially covid are very sensitive to high ph. So when you gargle with salt and baking soda you kill germs and destroy the environment for virus. I also use the same mix for a sinus flush 1x per week.
1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp baking soda in a pint of distilled or boiled water once per week.
PS Colloidal Silver is a potent anti viral. It was all they had up until anti biotics. Silver was used since Roman times for infections etc.

My vaxxed but not boosted wife got antibodies yesterday and is feeling better today. She’s worried about me not being able to get them. Right now I have a scratchy throat. I will be ready to go to the hospital before I admit to feeling as badly as she did. I’ve got the whole family on the flccc prevention/treatment protocol as appropriate but without the ivermectin.

Anywhoo, I think this is a major red pill opportunity. Why do the feds keep shutting down all treatment? She generally thinks I’m a crazy conspiracy theorist but all those conspiracies somehow keep ending up to be the truth.

Grew up in the hills of West Virginia...I understand.
