• Pat Flood (@rebarcock) passed away 9/21/25. Pat played a huge role in encouraging the devolopmemt of this site and donated the very first dollar to get it started. Check the thread at the top of the board for the obituary and please feel free to pay your respects there. I am going to get all the content from that thread over to his family so they can see how many people really cared for Pat outside of what they ever knew. Pat loved to tell stories and always wanted everyone else to tell stories. I think a great way we can honor Pat is to tell a story in his thread (also pinned at the top of the board).

I’m usually an optimist.

But today I made the mistake of watching about 30 minutes of Moderate Merrick testify to the Senate. While it was somewhat emotionally satisfying to watch Tom Cotton tell that slug of a human being to his face that he was glad he wasn’t on the Supreme Court- it was short-lived. Because well, it doesn’t change anything.

The crash from the sugar high of watching Moderate Merrick confronted for the empty suit he is (with his stupid effeminate ridiculous CRT son in law) just gave me the most sickening pessimistic feeling that there’s no fixing this. Because it’s more than just Mkderate Merrick. It’s that some significant portion of the American population thinks our civil liberties are superfluous. The President of the United States * mocked the idea that someone would think freedom
Is important. As if we are in fact frivolous if we insist upon having them. And that’s scary AF.

Our elections are not reliable, and they are not honest. Plus, even if we elect new people by accident, they aren’t the ones actually running anything. If they were - Tom Cotton wouldn’t be telling Moderate Merrick he should resign, he’d be firing his ass.

Our “elected” officials are all figureheads. I’m convinced they don’t make any actual decisions about anything. They just hire Moderate Merricks to make all the decisions, and the Moderate Merricks have no consequences for being wrong.

How do we get our civil liberties back? Because I cannot think of one civil liberty we had - that the Moderate Merricks of the world hasn’t taken by attrition.

Is there a way to get them back? There has to be away?
Hang right man. Very good post btw. Always good to see this radicals squirm

I’m fighting like a motherfucker. Past month and a half I have fought covid, a rogue socialist assembly, and now for my job. Filed my religious exemption( for a second time, not enough harrsssing questions on th first I suppose) and am in open defiance of said rogue assembly’s new mask mandate. I’m standing my ground and I ain’t backing down. I fully expect to get fired on the 8th and then I take up the legal fight. Fuck’em I ain’t going down without a fight. We stand here and fight here. Otherwise they keep taking. SKOL PATRIOTS!

Had a fun night. It started out as boredom so let's watch this Eddie Murphy bio.

That made me look for Delirious (still one of the best stand ups ever). Huh...Raw is there for the watching. Delirious? Nope.

Fine. I'll watch Raw, Geez...it's not Delirious, but it's still flat out hilarious. Not sure who was laughing harder between me, hubs, or Max.

So the boys go up to bed and I decide to watch Chappelle (that one), Holy crap, great show (per usual). I willingly watched the show and could have been offended many times over if I wanted to be and if I hadn't actually listened to what he was saying. And he had a lot to say that most would love to be able to say, And the last part of his show..I was crying while laughing. And I don't mean tears of laughter. It was a beautiful tribute to his friend,

I've said for years nobody could do Pryor, Murphy, Williams, etc stand up today, Chappelle says hold my little kings.

And yes, Yellow Springs is a cool little spot. For you NC peeps, think 1990s Boone in Ohio. People and all. Without the school or mountains. There is a cool waterfall and beautiful hiking trails. Very artsy... hippy.... crunchy. (Y'all know exactly what I mean)

Yeah….. Not so sure.

“For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:”

Rev 22:18

Been a born again Christian for 30 years. Absolutely in tune with the convictions of the Holy Spirit ever since. Never have I ever had any concerns that anything is missing from the KJV Holy Bible,..

Gonna go ahead and call absolute BULLSHIT on this one… Better get with our Father God and really ask for guidance on this… Spreading false testimony is no bueno… Putting yourself in Mormon territory here, bro.

“But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not. For if God spared not the angels that sinned, but cast them down to hell, and delivered them into chains of darkness, to be reserved unto judgment;”

-2 Peter 2:1-4
I am going to half to disagree with you about the books that have been taken out by man, not by Yah. Let's look at Enoch. Enoch is mentioned many times in the 66 books of the Bible that you mention. Tell me what is the common link with Elijah and Enoch? The Book of Enoch is a wealth of knowledge and should have remained in the Bible. The question is, why was it removed?
