My nephew was working on an offshore rig off Africa prior to the world going insane. He was taking HCQ to prevent malaria but said every local they had hired to work on the rig was sick just before the flight restrictions. LIkely all had Wuhan. Fortunately, he came back to the US 2 weeks before all flights stopped or he would have been shanghied in Nigeria for a long time. He still hasn't caught Wuhan but did have "mask induced pneumonia" - actual diagnosis.
