Gotcha, appreciate the clarification. Still not good...I know any patients on that are getting daily labs checking kidney function, among other things. They monitor the vanc levels closely with blood draws also. It is a potent drug, for good and/or bad.
When asked why I don’t want to go to an even my response for years has been “because people are overrated.”
