The chaos in Afghanistan could have reportedly been avoided altogether if President Joe Biden had accepted the Taliban’s initial offer for the U.S. to have full control of Kabul and the airport.
According to a report from the Washington Post, as the Taliban began taking control of Afghanistan, senior U.S. military leaders met with Taliban political leader Abdul Ghani Baradar in Doha, Qatar, where an offer was made for the United States to have control of Kabul until all U.S. troops had withdrawn; the offer was declined.
This is not incompetence, but intentional.

Max 'should' be qb, but he hates it. And I'm fine with that and quickly shut down any talk why he's not. If he plays qb, he can't play defense. If he doesn't get to play defense, he doesn't play football. Football is fun for him (his first love) and he wants that to stay. He's had college coaches contacting his coach to give permission to contact him. Max has been honest and upfront that he's honored and will meet with anyone, but he's focusing on lacrosse for college.
So... he plays safety, slot, wide out, punt return, ko return and occasional squib kicker. This kid rarely comes out. Well, he did when he got helmet knocked into the next zip code*

If afterwards you still think her gang rape is nothing more than a “claim” than you may just be lost as a human being. I listened to this 3 hour podcast to and from work over a period of two days and was riveted. This 'words have consequences' argument sounds like a very slippery slope that can lead to restriction of freedom of speech and I am very much against that.
