That is fucking AMAZING!!! Thank you for posting that. Everyone should watch it. Well worth the 15 minutes.

Also, Bannon’s show this morning is all over the fact the FDA did NOT approve the Pfizer vaccine. It gave initial approval to a different vaccine that isn’t even in production yet. Pfizer is still under the EUA and they are still protected from liability.

From a Famous Reporter Friend I Know - Sent This Today to a Mutual Friend

OMG, Biden pressured the FDA to fully approve pfizer's vaccine today even though Pfizer said last month it wouldn't have a chance of approval until the earliest January because there wasn't enough data on side effects for the FDA to make that decision until then. This is political. It comes just a week after CDC recommended a third Pfizer shot. Also Pfizer was one of the biggest political contributors to Biden's campaign. Follow the money!
The FDA didn’t approve the Pfizer vaccine.

@adamhousley
From a friend who is former CIA and still connected massively in Afghanistan. "We are about to abandon Americans" The Admin refuses at this hour to change the August 31st drawdown date, which means it begins almost immediately.

This decision is NOT conditions based and advice from some people at high levels in US Intel and also our military is being "disregarded". Also "Anybody not out by the time the last plane leaves gets cut away."
In Kabul processing of Afghans has stopped.
The Panjshir Valley will likely be overrun soon. People trying to save high value targets like women who held high positions, or people whom worked with the US are not being allowed to move them.

US Intel fears that when we leave, the Taliban will take down the internet, expel foreign journalists and "eliminate people by the thousands...anyone who might remotely be a threat." US Emergency teams are being told their only safety guarantee is to get on the next flight.

The FDA didn’t approve the Pfizer vaccine.
I've got a few texts coming in from friends/fam - what I'm unclear on is, how exactly is this just not a branding change on the approval? Can't watch the video now but is there an easy answer to HOW the Pfizer jab people get today and forward is still EUA? There are several quotes like below on FDA site saying it's simply being named Cormirnaty now...maybe by design, but is there a short legal answer? TIA

On August 23, 2021, the FDA approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty, for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older.

If you read all 13 pages, the vaccine is FDA approved as Cominarty not Pfizer-biontech in those 16 and older. “COMIRNATY is a vaccine indicated for active immunization to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in individuals 16 years of age and older.” The Pfizer is exactly the same but has a new EUA for greater than 12 y/o, boosters and boosters for immunosuppressed. You might get by until the run out of Pfizer stock.

@Jayhox -- I'm going to defer to our resident doctor, Mr. McKraken, over Bannon at this point.

However, if you would like to review all of the pages of this document:

And give us your lawyerly take on it, I'd be interested in hearing it.

When will intel community and military resignations start in earnest to show their disapproval of this evac disaster caused by the Biden admin? Guess we’ll see if there are really any Patriots left in leadership positions in these agencies. I don’t fault the soldiers or other foot soldiers, just the higher ups.

I have a very hard time believing anywhere near 44% of Americans approve of Biden. I’d imagine it’s much closer to the 15-20% of absolutely irredeemable leftists who would still support him even if he dropped his pants and took a dump on his desk in the oval office on national television.
Haha, those people would call it as good of a crap as could be expected. I usually Take the number they give you and cut it in half. IMO that gets you to the more realistic number. 22% would be a number I could believe as far as people approving of the guy whose administration has made it more difficult for just about every demographic of Americans (other than the elites where his loyalties truly lay.)

Pelosi has votes to pass $3.5 Trillion dollar budget. Vote at 1 PM today per Daily Mail
Daily Mail

Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Monday night delayed a procedural vote on President Joe Biden's $3.5 trillion budget, sending lawmakers home after midnight when she failed to reach a deal with moderate members of her party.

'We will come back tomorrow,' Pelosi told reporters as she left the Capitol shortly after midnight. She was on the phone with House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer as she left the building.

Negotiations continued behind closed doors in the Capitol on Tuesday morning as Democratic leaders tried to negotiate a deal that appeases both the moderate and liberal wings of the Democratic Party and that would allow passage for the budget and a bipartisan infrastructure plan.

House leaders rescheduled the vote for around 1 p.m. Tuesday afternoon in a second attempt - a sign that a deal has been made.

'When we bring up the bill, we will have the votes,' Pelosi told reporters upon her return to the Capitol on Tuesday morning.

The “BioNTech” product is a new product that is not publicly available yet. The current Pfizer product is still under EUA and Pfizer is legally immune from claim. There were two releases from the FDA yesterday. One is the preliminary approval of the new BioNTech product and the other to allow continued use of the current Jab under the EUA. Check the literature and note the differences in who can get what (ages, comorbidities, etc) between the two. It was linked here yesterday.

Are people going to fall in line? When and how do we start to say FUCK YOU I WONT COMPLY!?!?

Total horseshit. If Georgia does that I’m giving up my season tickets. And yes I have been vaccinated like I’ve said before. But that’s total bullshit. And I say again people should have the choice and not be punished for not having a vaccine. Especially for something that is 99.7% not likely to kill you

Bannon wasn’t saying it. He was interviewing the inventor of mRNA technology. He carefully broke down exactly what the FDA did (and did not do) yesterday. Check it out when the podcast is available later today.

My lawyerly take is that if you are going to inject a product into your body, wait until the new product is out because it won’t have the legal immunity attached to it. Also carefully read the exceptions to each product because you may have something like diagnosed asthma that may help you avoid a workplace mandate — but I admittedly have not dug into that yet because I only noticed those exceptions yesterday and am not yet sure how those exceptions apply.

I will watch that later. Good advice.
