How do they overcome that one who is not eligible to be president is also ineligible to be vice president?

I didn’t see an explanation. But I did skim it pretty quickly.
Trump run as VP w Vance as pres. They win Vance resign. It would be legal. They could even say this is what we are going to do. Then let the people vote. I personally don't think it'd be done but it could be done and it would be legitimate.
Can you imagine that? It be interesting for sure

For the consumers. I've been indifferent to DB. I do like this. (Whole post)

-The Director and I are working through many of the transparency issues. We are focused on getting this done the right way, and as quickly and efficiently as possible. Many of these cases involve victims, both young and old, who we will not allow to be re-victimized by a rushed and sloppy effort.

-We are engaging with all of our personnel on transparency, while simultaneously dealing with a number of serious threats to the Homeland, our children, our economy, and our infrastructure. We absolutely cannot afford to miss any threats in those spaces. Multi-tasking isn’t an option here.

-I am well aware of some of the early concerns expressed on social media about the speed of change. I understand. But I’ll state again, if you think I upended my prior job and lifestyle to take a vacation in FBI headquarters, then I can’t help you. You’ve already decided, despite logic and reason, that all is lost. It is not. Not even close. Because you don’t see things happening in live time, does not mean change isn’t happening. Not even close. You will see results, and not every result will please everyone, but you will absolutely see results. Just watch.

It would be an interesting debate/argument and certainly go to the SCOTUS.

I am no lawyer. Based on the reading of the 12th and 22nd amendments only, it could be possible but highly unlikely.

The 12th Amendment governs who can become president and VP. The person with the highest votes running for the presidency is the president. The highest number of votes for VP becomes VP. By default the VP candidate on a winning ticket has the highest votes for VP. It also says nobody can be VP if they are ineligible to become president. Solely on this amendment Trump probably would be ineligible.

However, the 22nd Amendment states nobody can be elected more that twice to the presidency. Trump as VP would not be elected president. We only vote for the president and the chosen VP on the ticket tags along but technically is not being voted on or directly elected. So, would he be ineligible if not elected?

The SCOTUS would certainly rule on this apparent conflict and this SCOTUS (today) would likely say no. However, 4 years from now the SCOTUS could be made up differently.

The 12th amendment still applies unless the 22nd made it obsolete. Within the 12th amendment it states, “But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.”

How is that overcome by this theory?

Rebarcock:

Burrows only got elected Speaker by having democrats vote for him. He would not have made it if relying only on GOP votes. There was a more conservative Rep who could have been elected with a majority of GOP votes. However, many dems crossed over and voted for Burrows and had enough GOPers joining with dems, to get him elected. Same thing with the previous Speaker who put dems on committees as Chairs in a form of payback. Doesn't surprise me that Burrows plays dirty.

There are many RINOs and it's believed that many GOPers are really dems masquerading as GOPers.

Kash and DB are restructuring the reporting levels. Got rid of a lot of ASACs. Moving 1000 agents out of HQ to field offices. They all get to keep their DC pay band which meant no mass exodus.

When I say Restructuring I mean going to 3 main reporting chains and every one answers to Kash.

And now you know

Moving 1000 DC agents out to the field seems like a bad idea.

Germany’s Dangerous Path: One Goal – War

The incoming German government, under Chancellor-elect Friedrich Merz, has made it clear that its sole focus is military escalation. The Bundestag has approved a €1 trillion spending package, marking a drastic shift in Germany’s post-World War II defense policies. This includes a €500 billion infrastructure fund and the removal of the “debt brake,” paving the way for unlimited military spending.

This decision places Germany firmly in the hands of NATO and the West’s ongoing war machine, sacrificing its economic stability and the needs of its citizens for further confrontation. While the West pushes for more weapons and war, Russia stands firm in its defense of sovereignty, while the West continues to escalate the conflict, throwing more fuel onto the fire.

Germany’s role in this war, under the guise of defense, is clear: support NATO’s aggressive expansion and provoke conflict with Russia at any cost. The question remains: who will pay the price for this reckless path?
