In the November elections, Dallas passed a Charter Amendment allowing citizens to sue city employees for breaking, ignoring or otherwise not enforcing city laws.
The HERO group that got the amendments passed is now threatening to sue Dallas for failure to enforce the law disbanding homeless encampments. All the while the city wants to spend millions converting hotels and other structures to house these people. Millions will be spent but few removed from under freeway overpasses. Another white elephant by city leaders.

Texas Stock Exchange (TXSE) is one step closer to becoming real with its securing of temporary office space. TXSE was founded as an alternative to the NYSE and NASDAQ. Blackrock and other funds have invested millions to fund its creation. The exchange could be up and running in 2025. TXSE will be the only exchange outside of NYC.
