BREAKING: Special Counsel *REJECTS* Joe Biden's 'Pardon' of Hunter BidenIn a stunning legal motion, DOJ prosecutors are opposing Hunter Biden’s request to dismiss his indictment, rejecting the notion that a presidential pardon erases the charges against him."The defendant pled guilty to all the charges in the indictment on September 5, 2024," Special Counsel David Weiss's filing stated. "According to the declaration filed on his behalf, the defendant again acknowledged his guilt in accepting the act of clemency."Prosecutors emphasized that Hunter Biden had not formally docketed the pardon, stating: "If media reports are accurate, the Government does not challenge that the defendant has been the recipient of an act of mercy. But that does not mean the grand jury’s decision to charge him, based on a finding of probable cause, should be wiped away as if it never occurred."The filing also pushed back on Hunter Biden’s claims of improper motives behind the charges, declaring:

But that does not mean the grand jury’s decision to charge him, based on a finding of probable cause, should be wiped away as if it never occurred."The filing also pushed back on Hunter Biden’s claims of improper motives behind the charges, declaring:"It also does not mean that his charges should be wiped away because the defendant falsely claimed that the charges were the result of some improper motive. No court has agreed with the defendant on these baseless claims, and his request to dismiss the indictment finds no support in the law or the practice of this district."The Special Counsel’s firm rejection underscores that the charges—spanning tax crimes and gun violations—are not erased by clemency. Prosecutors concluded unequivocally: "For the foregoing reasons, the defendant’s motion to dismiss the indictment should be denied."Hunter Biden’s legal battles are not over yet, as prosecutors dispute the implications of his father’s constitutionally dubious pardon.

I am still not ready to buy into Rosenstein was a white hat.

Which Comey knew all along were hoaxes created by the Clinton campaign and brought to him by her operatives. Once they trusted Rosenstein, he compiled evidence against them and handed it to a secret Special Counsel using a federal grand jury so secret, that it could actually SPY on members of the Gang of Eight without any of them knowing about it. Schiff/Swalwell didn't find out about this until the federal gag order wasn't renewed for a fourth year.

I work with the Mattress Firm account as a vendor and I can assure you, they make money. To the tune of about $4B a year in retail sales
Much easier to buy online and have it delivered. The hard part is getting rid of the old mattress. I'll be looking after 1/1/25.

Attn: DOGE. This is the kind of stuff that can be eliminated immediately. Just like Russia being given $500,000 to watch cats on a treadmill. Silly me, I've been told that Russia was the enemy.

You have the right to refuse to speak with them. If they insist on speaking with you, they will have to subpoena you to appear before a grand jury.
Trust.

That is the problem. Trust.

We're told to 'Trust the popo. They're here to help.' at an early age.

The 'problem' is the same one with vaccines. We 'trusted' the FDA.

Truth is neither is there for our benefit.

Education should teach the law at an early age. "Do you have a warrant? No? GTF offa my lawn!"
