Seems like wearing a MAGA hat would be a 1st amendment protection of free speech. Much less offensive than burning a flag which is protected. I recall many BLM and similar apparel being worn for years.

My congressperson and though I disagree on some of her positions, a good one. Solid MAGA. I'm not sure how it works, but if it's a special election and not Gov (Hochul) appointed, there is a great replacement candidate in Dan Stec, NYS senator. Basically, ran unopposed this term, and Dems even respect him. Would probably win easily unless the D's would import a "name", and I'm not sure that would work
