U.S. Marshals Find 200 Missing Children Across the Nation• ‘Operation We Will Find You 2’: conducted between 5/20 to 6/24, was a multi-agency collaborative effort. They focused on geographical areas with high clusters of critically missing children.
• of the 200 found, 173 were endangered runaways
• 123 missing children were found in dangerous situations.
• 25 were considered otherwise missing, 1 was a family abduction and 1 was a non-family abduction.
• The youngest child recovered was 5 months old.
• a 16-year-old female child was reported missing from her home in Edwardsburg, Michigan. She was found with a 30-year-old male in Indiana, where she was being controlled and abused. The man had recent photos of firearms pointing a handgun at the child.
• In New York Alone, Dozens of missing kids were found and three people busted – including a sex offender. Officials tracked down 41 “critically missing children” – including those coerced by adults into criminal activity or sex trafficking.
