Aaaand..waiting till tomorrow morning for Riley's doctor to get back with her (he will. He always does and then calls me. Seriously. He's great). The medication he wanted to try (with yet another heart monitor) is making it worse. We knew this was a possibility, hence the hospital stay and the monitor. She called me today that she can't stand up. She baaically has the spins. Ugh.
I asked if she wanted me to come stay with her. No. She isn't scared or in danger. Just dizzy. (I'm popping down tomorrow anyway).
So I'm guessing onto the next option? (Nobody knows what that is short of ablation which is a whole nother situation)

She's okay. No worse once he pulls her off tomorrow. (He will. He made that very clear when he prescribed it. Any worsening, stop taking it and text or call) Just this medication isn't the answer we all hoped it would be. Frustrating, but nothing life threatening, other than the usual *she can't live her life this way*. She just turned 24. She will be married in a couple of years. They want to have babies. She needs this figured out. Ablation is now seriously on the table after 3 years of 'ohhellno'. Just trying anything before she goes that route. Her cardio is mildly concerned about the amount of scar tissue that will be on her heart and a chasing PVCs with ablation 'hamster wheel' scenario.
He has daughter's my girls' ages and is very open and frank when I ask....'If this was your daughter?'

Last night was senior night. The last ever hs senior night I'll ever get to celebrate. (Happy, dammit!!!).
Oakwood won 15-4. Max was waiting to bust out his stick and cleats. And I laughed my ass off when I realized that max, mine and my husband's height differential was exactly the same, with Max taking a knee and I was on my tippy toes.

(Sun was dead on in our eyes).
16 days and counting til he's done. We have successfully raised 4 humans to adulthood. My life as I've known it is almost complete. I'll be a ridiculous mess for a few days in August and then our new life begins. Can't wait.

And lazy teachers who wanted to get paid but not go to work. Many in my area dragged it out for as long as possible. The "fear" they had of a common cold virus was over the top.
I lost several clients whom I had termite contracts with who didn't want me to come inspect their homes, yet, expected me to keep their warranty contracts in force indefinitely without paying the renewal fees. I said if they paid the fee, I could delay the inspection. They argued. I told them if they didn't pay the insurance premium on their homes they weren't covered and it was the same with me.
There are still kids in my 4 year old's class that wear masks everyday. It breaks my heart seeing them.
I hope she chirps all night long.
