Gomer & Beth-Togarmah - there is a LOT of speculation here, and both of these names are mentioned and identified by ancient historians, including Herodotus and Josephus. They likely represent peoples from the area around modern Turkey and Armenia, though some implicate the Germans in this as well.
Magog, Meshech, Tubal - again, more speculation, but the region of Russia and the "-stan" countries of the former Soviet Union are routinely considered as logical choices here.
