Weird. His approval ratings rose to 40% and he's rumored to be running again and all the sudden... LOL.
I spent 3 weeks in Brazil in 2015. Pure Bolivian was $8/g. The shitty pressed weed I got was more expensive.
Ukr top general was predicting the winter offensive to start around Feb. Whole lot of people are acting like the recent advances around Bahkmut were the winter offensive... Russia still has 300,000 troops and 100's of tanks and 100's of bmp's that aren't in Ukr.
I doubt anyone supporting this understands things like basic math. Would be great if they passed it. They have nothing resembling the means to pay it. Looks like there are ~50,000 black residents of SF. $5 mil each would be $250 billion+, or 40 times the city govt's annual revenue of ~$6 billion. Even cutting that down 90%, it's still infeasible.
All the talk of populations problems around the world and Canada's gets overlooked. They are actually in much worse shape due to their government healthcare system. they are going to have 3 people working for every 5 people on government benefits.
