Makes you wonder why there has been zero cell phone video from inside MAL. Multiple cell phones are anywhere 2 or more people gather. Even if the Feds took away all the cell phones, you'd think some people of that importance had more than one cell phone. Did the Feds use jammers so cells phones wouldn't work?

What place of importance like MAL would not have multiple tiers of security including redundant video systems? 1, 2 or 3 shut/go down and another level kicks in all on different circuits and difference power sources.
