Any of you guys try this breathing exercise by Wim Hof? I do it daily and it does help relieve some stress as well as increasing my lung capacity and time without a breath. Give it a shot and share your thoughts.

I took your tip and tried this exercise this morning. Wow, that was awesome. I typically can hold my breath a little over a minute, but after doing that breathing thing, on the third pass through, even after exhaling, I held my breath for 2 1/2 minutes. I'll definitely be adding this to my regular routine.

He stepped in at that press conference. He basically said anybody can be a teacher and they are going to wave all kinds of fees and certification requirements for veterans, police and firefighters to fill empty teaching spots. Showed very little respect for current teachers and they are pissed.

Good for him. Let's be honest. How much "schooling" does one need to be able to teach K-4? Not a slight against anyone, but any person with real world experience can handle colors, ABCs, addition and subtraction. Having the patience for all those damn kids is the real test.
