It would cost Disney a fortune to move out of Florida. If they did, they would need a place like Florida that afforded year round access without snow, ice and below zero temps.
I'm not 100% on board with the inside job idea, but I think one would be short sighted to completely rule it out. Too many inconsistencies. I remember reading the 9/11 Commission Report immediately after it was released. I distinctly recall having the feeling that it all could have been prevented if the various intel agencies (CIA, FBI etc) had shared the information they had. American intel really had all the pieces of the puzzle, but nobody was sharing information to put it all together. Add to that the fact that we've never seen a definitive video of the plane hitting the Pentagon is... interesting. I think if we as a country ever found out it was indeed an inside job I think some people in Washington DC and other places would need to really think hard about leaving their houses.
