That said, what was going on with you to get it at such a young age? Usually pops up with some kind of stress, mental or physiological or if you have an infection/immunosuppressed. If you were 80 and had chickenpox at age 5, the symptoms would be much worse.

pretty bad. Shingles popped up on my face a week later on the same side.

My Dr said the trauma activated it. I was young and in good shape so it

I experienced the nerve fires and teeth grinding for several years before the rash appeared. Had no idea what caused it. Those bouts occurred infrequently until the rash appeared. The L-Arginine amino is good for circulation, but when it's too high, it can put your body in a state more likely to get shingles. At the time I got shingles, I was taking L-arginine as a supplement, in addition to eating plenty of tomatoes, grapes, raisins, tomato sauce, etc, all which were high in L-Arg. To combat this, it said to take a different amino acid called L-Lysine. I did that, and it was gone in a week.

Another friend of mine got it and I told him what I did, and he had the same results. Cut out those foods from your diet, even if just for a while, and get on the L-Lysine.

I also treated the bumps with a mixture of tea tree oil with calamine lotion.

My sister-in-law went to her Doctor Who told her that as a healthy 46-year-old woman she did not need the jab. A lot of the hysteria in her words was due to “Democrat fear mongering”.

My wife is a spin class teacher and one of the women who regularly takes her class is a doctor. And generally a very conservative woman. They talk a lot about politics after classes etc. and her beliefs generally align with ours. Then two weeks ago they were talking and the topic of the jab came up. The doctor told my wife that she supported the blowdart theory that was brought up in the one project veritas video. That unvaccinated people should be subject to receiving the blow dart to make them be vaccinated even if it’s against their will. My wife was blown away. They haven’t talked since.

Bottom line is the level of indoctrination of these medical doctors will vary. Sam will think for themselves and some will follow the company line. Even those that you think are conservative will surprise you with the bat shit crazy stuff that they are bombarded with from the government and big Pharma.

Tea Tree Oil has known anti-viral properties and anti-fungal properties. I've used it on toenail fungus with moderate success but it's very slow acting there. Calamine lotion cleared up the rash in 3-4 days. Had to stay in isolation until the rash disappeared so as not to spread the Herpes Zoster virus to the youngsters.
