I have not read the whole thing but here is what appears to be a good review on the effects of mask wearing.

Basically it eviscerates everything the mask-Nazis have said. They are harmful to multiple organ systems, increase oxygen deprivation, promote infection and reinfection...virtually everything many of us have said from the start. Masks do nothing good and are exceedingly harmful both short term and especially long term.

More from the conclusions:

We not only found evidence in the reviewed mask literature of potential long-term effects, but also evidence of an increase in direct short-term effects with increased mask-wearing time in terms of cumulative effects for: carbon dioxide retention, drowsiness, headache, feeling of exhaustion, skin irritation (redness, itching) and microbiological contamination (germ colonization) [19,22,37,66,68,69,89,91,92].

Overall, the exact frequency of the described symptom constellation MIES in the mask-using populace remains unclear and cannot be estimated due to insufficient data.

Theoretically, the mask-induced effects of the drop in blood gas oxygen and increase in carbon dioxide extend to the cellular level with induction of the transcription factor HIF (hypoxia-induced factor) and increased inflammatory and cancer-promoting effects [160] and can, thus, also have a negative influence on pre-existing clinical pictures.

Just read sections 4 (Discussion) and 6 (Conclusions). They show that mask wearing is hazardous to your health. In many cases more hazardous than Wuhan Charlie itself. They further say, masks give everyone a false sense of security.

I would take possession and keep chain of custody with a sheriff that you can trust. Then open the files under video like you can do in court with a protective order. As soon as you see something the sheriff or someone deems a crime, you turn it over. Need a sheriff you can trust, so you can say it was in police possession and the whole thing needs to be videotaped. But its easier for him to just say nah.
