Pretty sure it is not what it used to be, they have treatments now that keep the virus almost undetectable. Also he gets blood transfusions from virgins once a week.
What I think is Trump's judgement is a dumpster fire and looking at the '22 elections and complimenting Ronna Romney couldn't make that more obvious.
