Brainwashing is pretty simple IMO

1. completely demoralize someone (or group)
2. shove in a new set of ideas

Agree with OP that there is tons of negativity and broken minds running around here lately.

Such a state of mind makes folks easily brainwashed into out of touch positions and unwarranted violence.

Banishment is a deep seeded internal fear. There was a time that it was a death sentence. That’s an automatic fear in us. They know it. They play on it. That’s why they use propaganda to make you feel like you’re in the minority when fact you are far from it. Stay strong. Be brave. You will lose friends and family. But the truth is always the side to be on. Christ is truth. Never lie, never compromise yourself. It’s hard. I fail all the time and try to do better
