Do you guys do 5 miles under the speed limit on a four-lane highway just to fuck with people?

I just past one doing that with six cars behind him and it made me think that's something I would probably do if I were a cop.

Had a one tell me at a traffic stop a few years ago I had 43 "traffic interactions" with police.... Also had a Judge tell me he had never seen a DR (driving record) as long as mine in traffic court in Mobile. I probably average one a year now but I drive 45k miles a year so more opportunities.
