It’s weird but I only eat an inch or so of the red part of the melon and the rind all the way to the green. Z

Over did one side with a hot stove. Delicious as shit but some folks will say looks dry, like shit etc.

Looks amazing to me.

Did a reverse seer on bone in pork chops yesterday. Two different ways. Sous vide them at 135 degrees. Went in straight out of the freezer and let the sit in Sous Vide for 5 hours. Had two different skillets going. One with nothing but olive oil on high heat and just season salt and cracked pepper. The other with Gerard's Champagne Dressing, some rosemary, red pepper flake salt, and pepper. The second was mine. I won. No pics, but should have taken some.
