As you can plainly see from the success that Texas has had with their Legislative WARRANT to arrest those CONTEMPTUOUS Democrats who flagrantly broke the law in an attempt to defy the will of the people, you CAN ISSUE A WARRANT and that they are EFFECTIVE!
