Why do Tesla drivers go so slow?

Is it just Texas or do Tesla drivers everywhere go just under the speed limit?

Every freeway I get on has some douchey Tesla going below the speed limit and screwing up traffic. I thought those cars were supposed to be fast.

I also want to nominate black women into the worst driver category for their consistent ability to get in the far left lane and go the same speed as the car beside them while they look at their phones. When there is no one beside them, they drive 85 like a normal person but they always slow down to Tesla speed when there is someone in the next lane.

I've almost had a stroke several times over this. Pisses me off to no end. I scream "Bitch, get off the GD phone and drive", but they never listen.

Close 2nd is the semi that gets into the fast lane because he wants to go .8 MPH faster than the semi in front of him.
