I watched that movie a couple months back and it held up pretty well. Extremely cheesy looking back but still entertaining
So they are doing oung a debridement. That is what I was babbling about where they shave the bone down to round the edge out.
It's a sharp angle like the edge of a counter. The ligamen rubs against it causing friction, thus accelerating a tear.
You will be terrific.
How long before PT?
First PT will be Monday. Ready to go

How did you do the damage? Sounds like my dad but he never got it cleaned up and just went for the full replacement.

Weight room injury doing dumbbell press almost 10 years ago. I was able to compensate for it for a long time by keeping strength up in other supporting muscles, but last month I did something when I was working out that made things worse. It’s to the point I’m losing range of motion and significant loss in strength
