No. It is a ploy only. No laws or any precedents on the books in any state. And the feds cannot mandate the civilian population to wear a mask, only states. Right now it is more like "don't ask, don't tell". Publix says you must have two vaccinations to enter mask free, but like other big retail chains, they are not asking. They get it. They are capitalist and want to keep the flow flowing. That's my take on it.
