Johnston's refusal to attack Grant during the seige of Vicksburg or Lee's second invasion of the north?

Me thinks it's an easy choice but lettuce discuss!

Johnston’s inability to take out Grant inevitably ended all hopes for the Confederacy.....however Lee’s arrogance was always going to be a problem
Johnston and Pemberton outnumbered Grant on two occasions during the seige. Worst decision ever not to attack.

At least Lee had a chance to do something even if he was playing into the union hands by hastening the war's end.

The lack of a cohesive Confederate military strategy...and the incompetent leadership in the west...doomed the Confederacy. What if Albert Sidney Johnston had not been killed at Shiloh?
Well that and the fact that any strat they did have focused on the Virginia Instead of the west.

Everything was backwards for the CSA it seemed.

The War of 1812 was the biggest blunder, if England was not fighting France at the time, it would ended the USA. Madison was a fool thinking he could walk into Canada and take it over without any resistance. For all of the shit France takes about WW1/2 they basically saved the United States. They were a huge advantage during the Revolutionary War and The War of 1812
