I do know he was part of the teams that were flown in and dropped in hot spots to rescue downed pilots. He is one hell of a great guy. Won't say much but he deserves to be known. Just like you Chris, he went through hell in nam and he has paid for it dearly.

the reason I asked him that is bc in the infantry we call the Weapons Squad Leader in a platoon, the Weasel...(WSL)

No i was not a squad leader ! USAF crash recovery team member along with seven good men ! weasel was nick name ! every body was given one .
