Blend that shit up. I've seen that's how some people make it anyway. I wouldn't, I like chunks of broccoli in mine.

Need some type of protein.
Put a cheeseburger and some water into a blender. Blend and keep adding water as needed to get it to the right consistency

If they want sweet, add eggs and peanut butter to a blended shake.
Get a bubble tea straw. You can get them on Amazon or at a bubble tea place near you.

Blend 1/2 cup of water, 3/4 cup greek plain yogurt, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries and 1/2 a frozen banana, tablespoon of peanut butter, and 1/4 cup protein powder. Repeat.
