I wouldn’t think they would have to pay the buy out right now, but guarantee there will be a lawsuit to go for itWonder if they will have to pay the buy out
Unless there is language for this I bet they pay a settlement and betting it is a good portion of the contract. No precedent for this mandate so doubt they had a clause for it.
