Gonna be funny when plenty of folks quit and he is blamed for a care shortage.
Well… besides for the pore souls who are gonna lack care because of this stupid fuck’s ego and policies.
Yup. Only a matter of time until admin have to as well because they have patient contact.
Kill all the VA docs, kill all the VA patients. Seems logical.
The media will never expose any VA care shortage. He’s covered.

Forever. At least where I work, HR is the absolute worst. They can’t keep up with processing the usual amount of openings. If someone new is being hired from outside the VA, you’re looking at 6 months to a year. Can’t imagine what would happen if their workload increased. For context, I’m meeting 150+% of my expected workload because we’ve had a position open for a year and a half.
That’s what I expected and where my original belief about a shortage of care originated from.
