Wow that’s an incredibly high number. What state?92% of employees at my facility have been stuck twice, but I’ve got a crusty old RN who was talking about expediting his retirement this afternoon.
South Texas, if you can believe it.Wow that’s an incredibly high number. What state?
Roughly 40% of healthcare workers here in Ohio hadn’t taken the jab last I heard.
All the blue state transplants is affecting y’all’s culture.South Texas, if you can believe it.
Forever. At least where I work, HR is the absolute worst. They can’t keep up with processing the usual amount of openings. If someone new is being hired from outside the VA, you’re looking at 6 months to a year. Can’t imagine what would happen if their workload increased. For context, I’m meeting 150+% of my expected workload because we’ve had a position open for a year and a half.@honkforhagan
how long would it take for y’all to replace 5% of staff nationwide?
10%?
Just guess for me. I’m not trying to hold yore feet to the fire over it.

There’s got to be a frog for this situation? That’s what I expected and where my original belief about a shortage of care originated from.
