He's been trying to since pandemic. I think itbwas the old post office. I maybe wrong but I thin it was 657mil or something to start
damn just missed it. If i had unlimited cash flow id find out which room Ivanka stayed in when she visited. Buy the hotel and make that room my personal den.

Place is amazing… wonder why they are selling it. Been there many times but never have stayed.
I think it’s pretty simple calculus in that they don’t want to have to worry about the negative press it brings on.
1/10 “news” stories from his first term was about how other world leaders and lobbyists were using the hotel to manufacture favor.
I’d also imagine after J6 it’s easy to suspect the Eff Bee Eye and See I Aye would use it to manufacture false flags. Dead bodies, fake records, recordings, ect.
