I'm 36 but in great shape. I have zero doubt I'd average 30 a game in the WNBA. I was actually banned from VolQuest for suggesting that this is the best way to get our women's basketball program back to the top of the mountain.

my generation has grown up being told women can do anything a man can do (and vise versa)......

My sisters grew up being told the same thing and they believed it for a while. Then when reality set in and my sisters being who they are (they would both fit in well with our crowd here) moved on to woman's sports where they had a chance. One of my sisters was a D-1 golfer and the other was in track and field on the D-2 level. They cringe at seeing men being allowed to compete in their sports.

That’s not what I mean….try explaining to them that they practice and workout all the time BUT don’t get to compete. My daughters are both competitive as hell and won’t be ok with this.

Maybe but she (buddies wife) feels the best approach is for the ADULTS to start acting like adults and fighting the battle. As our kids are elementary/middle school age. I joking rib Eric that Jeri is just being selfish as she hold a bunch of NCAA records and does want to lose them.
