Just scheduled my MRI, but I originally talked to doc in March. I just didn’t want to deal with the surgery process again after just having labrum surgery in October last year

Tore mine last year. I’m surprised there isn’t more of a sense of urgency from your Dr’s. Mine quickly asked when it happened. For me, it was roughly 30 days.
Reason being is the longer it goes, the further up the arm that muscle will drift. My Dr. Said if it goes too far, they can’t reattach it.
Hope this isn’t the case for you. Good luck!

Was yours torn at the elbow bend? Mine is actually the end that attaches at the shoulder

Anyone had this? Going to the surgeon tomorrow to talk and schedule an MRI, but looks like another surgery might be in my future
Just had a shoulder MRI last week. Just tendonitous, swelling and arthritis, no tears (thank god). Going Friday to get a cortisone shot. Sucks when you can’t even tuck in a shirt or put a belt on without wincing in pain.

Yes I did go to hard post surgery and no I haven’t done that diet recently
Damn I didn't realize is it the same arm? Rehab is like young pussy. You gotta ease in to it before you go to pound town
It is too early for me to tell but I have a bad feeling myeft arm won't even be able to wipe my ass. It is a wk and a day so plenty of time to heal but cutting your arm in half hurts

Maybe cortisone will work for you. Shit hasn't ever helped me. Good luck. My lefT shoulder is starting to bunk out. But if my left arm is shit I don't have to worry

Yep same arm, just 180 degrees around where the biceps attaches to the shoulder joint

Tightened up one side and it pulled the other

Did it hurt or twinge or tweak when you were rehabbing? My shit is popping off feels like the tendons are separating. When it happens I see a silver flash. Pretty intense.
When is your surgery?

Popped back in March doing light weight chest flies. Light weight, but really deep range of motion. Since then it’s kind of progressively got worse

I still got a few steps to go through. I haven’t even had an MRI yet, but the surgeon knows it needs cleaned up surgically. MRI next Tuesday.

I’m hoping for an early January surgery
