These, plus add in Vitamin K to allow D3 to absorb better (if you have it). I think this current strain is much weaker than the older ones though, so hopefully it won't be too bad for you.

Had a dose of it last week & still feeling a bit puny this week.
Dosed up regularly on mucinex, ibuprofen, multi vitamins, & drank plenty of water. Only test I had was a complete loss of taste for 2 days. That was weird. Never spiked a fever though.
This right here. Get yourself the pure ascorbic acid powder, unsweetened, as your vitamin C delivery vehicle. You should be able to find it on Amazon.
Drinkn an electrolyte mix each day if your fever is high. Stay hydrated. Get sleep.
I’d also add aspirin. Antiplatelet effect prevents clots.
Dosage and how often?
Some of it depends on the type of zinc that you get, as they have different absorption. Here's the stuff that I typically get:
I take all of them 1x per day. During active covid, you could double on on the D3 if you wanted.

Yeah was 102 that night but fever broke the next morning now just feel crummy but not like the walking death like I was the other day
