i think he is a marine, (due to his posted pictures) who like to wish himself a happy veterans day, as witnessed by a recent post of his.

Not one I know, thinks of veterans day as being special or otherwise remarkable. In fact, most detest the day as they are told by countless people "thank you for your service" knowing that they dont mean it, and have no clue as what it means to serve.
