But little has been made public about their precise contents, or the potential consequences should they be leaked.

Ok, this seems to be a big nothing-burger.

For one thing, the affidavit is redacted probably to the point of uselessness, but what is seen in the affidavit is opinion, nothing specific that implicates Trump. It is more a matter that some staff member, or NARA didn't do a good job to separate documents when the movers arrived at the White House.

Thus, classified documents were accidentally sent to Trump's home. Furthermore, this affidavit acknowledges that Trump and his staff were working with NARA to return documents.

I like what Jay Bratt sent to DOJ on page 34-36.
